Best Calculator is a free online calculator. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and who else is involved.

Summary
Calculations you perform stay in your browser — we never see them or send them anywhere. The only data that leaves your device is what you choose to send via the contact form, and standard information your browser shares with our hosting provider and any advertising network we use.
Information we collect
Calculator inputs and results. All math, graphing, and financial calculations run locally in your browser. Inputs and results are not transmitted to us, stored on a server, or shared with anyone.
Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can read and reply to your inquiry. The form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form-handling service. Submissions pass through FormSubmit's servers before arriving in our inbox at info@best-calculator.me.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard request information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and basic traffic analysis.
Advertising data. Best Calculator may display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. See Third-party services below for details and opt-out links.
How we use information
- To respond to questions, bug reports, and feature requests sent via the contact form.
- To keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
- To understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g., how many people visit the Graphing page).
- To display advertising that helps fund the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
The calculator pages themselves do not set cookies or store personal data in your browser. Third parties we use — primarily Google AdSense, when ads are enabled — may set cookies to deliver and personalize advertising and to measure ad performance. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

- Google AdSense may display ads on this site. As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. - Hosting provider. Our static site is served from a commercial hosting provider whose own privacy practices apply to the request and log data described above.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. The only personal data we typically hold is what you sent us via the contact form. To exercise any of these rights, email info@best-calculator.me and we will respond in a reasonable time frame.
Children's privacy
Best Calculator is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
