By accessing or using best-calculator.me ("the Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What Best Calculator is
The Site offers a free, browser-based set of calculators — Basic, Scientific, Graphing, and Financial — for general informational and educational use. All calculations are performed locally in your browser. The Site is provided at no cost and may include advertising to support its operation.
Permitted use
You may use the calculators for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including incorporating their numerical results into your own work. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the Site.
- Misrepresent results from the Site as professional advice.
No professional advice
The calculators are tools, not advisors. Output from the Financial calculator (time-value-of-money, amortization, and similar) is for general illustration only and is not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Output from the Scientific and Graphing calculators is for general educational and computational use and is not engineering, medical, or scientific advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that have financial, legal, health, or safety consequences.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all calculators are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations will be free of errors, that the Site will be uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
You are responsible for verifying any result before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Calculator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or financial loss — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed five U.S. dollars (USD $5).
Intellectual property
The design, layout, text, and code of the Site are the property of Best Calculator. Numerical results you produce using the calculators are yours to use freely.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
